What Marketing Videos Should You Make?

You may know the importance of making videos to market your business, but you’re not sure what type of videos to make.

There are three easy categories of videos to make.

The first one is an intro marketing video on your homepage.

The content of this video should be to point out the benefits of doing business with you.  What do you bring that’s unique to the marketplace – basically what’s your unique selling proposition and why should someone choose to do business with you.

The second marketing video type is frequently asked questions.

Put together the top 5 questions you get asked all the time and record the video answering those questions.

The third marketing video type is questions you should be asking.

Are there questions your prospects don’t know to ask until after they buy or are there industry insider secrets that you could explain to people?  An easy way to get this started is to answer this question – if you had a relative that lived out of state and they couldn’t buy from you – what questions would you tell them to ask before they bought what you sell?

Put the top 5 of these questions together and shoot marketing videos for each of them.  Make sure to put these up on your website and social media so prospects can watch these videos when they’re researching you.  When you answer these questions, you come from a place of authority by educating the customer.  You become more trusted because you’re providing your prospect the information they need to make the best decision possible.
